Refund Policy

General Refunds

Refunds are issued directly via Digital. If a third party (PayPal/Bank) is involved, rights to a refund are waived and we will submit a counter-claim. Refunds are only given if the issue is verified as a product defect.

Downtime Policy

Purchase during downtime is not eligible for a refund unless the product is discontinued before use. When operational, you will be compensated with additional time or keys.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback results in immediate key deletion and blacklisting from our shop and resellers. We reserve the right to counter-claim for lost revenue and expenses.

Resolution

In NO case is a chargeback necessary. Open a ticket, speak to support, and we will solve the issue directly.
